Attendee CSV converter

Selected Advanced Order Export layouts

Prepare the two measured attendee CSV layouts

This independent free prototype restructures existing attendee columns. It is not affiliated with WooCommerce or AlgolPlus and does not support every store, exporter or attendee plugin. Only two configured Advanced Order Export free 4.1.2 layouts were measured locally. Read the exact columns and evidence.

1. Check whether conversion is necessary

If your plugin already exports the attendee list you need, use that export directly. FooEvents documents a built-in attendee CSV download; FooEvents itself was not executed here. A purchaser name or a product quantity does not identify additional participants.

2. Ensure the participant information exists

For the measured order layout, export separate scalar Staff 1–4 name, email, country and role order-meta fields, with an Order Number and Company, one order per row. Do not add product-row fields that repeat these people across items. If your source contains only billing names, or the attendee data cannot be exported as separate flat columns, this demo cannot reconstruct it.

For the measured item layout, export Attendee First Name, Attendee Last Name, Attendee Email, Country, Role and Quantity with Order Number and Company. Each item must already represent exactly one named person, with Quantity 1. Repeated order identifiers are expected in this layout; they are refused in the wide order layout.

3. Read, map and confirm the row unit

Select wide or row-based mode, select the delimiter and read columns. Check every mapping, then confirm what each source row represents. Uploaded or pasted input starts unconfirmed. Manual mapping permits label adjustments; it does not prove compatibility with new layouts. Never substitute purchaser or product names for attendee names.

4. Reconcile before downloading

Compare the source order count, every attendee and the output count. All-blank mapped slots are reported as warnings; optional blank fields are counted. Missing identifiers, partial names, repeated wide order rows, quantities other than 1 and structured name payloads stop conversion. Unmapped columns are not inspected for extra attendees, so account for every needed slot.

Output columns are order_id, company, attendee_name, email, country, role. Formula-like values receive an apostrophe in the download, including after leading whitespace or control characters. Review the file before importing or opening it in a spreadsheet. Keep participant data out of external feedback forms.

Evidence limits

The plugins generated CSVs in local WordPress Playground/SQLite with fictional orders. The two usable profiles matched 6/6 known people; five other generated configurations were unusable. No production WordPress site, HPOS/MySQL environment, registration checkout, FooEvents or paid WooCommerce exporter was tested. This free experiment is not a paid compatibility guarantee.
